The Parksville B’Kawk!, is a chicken-themed festival featuring live music, vendors, games and food/beverage. The festival will be held on the lawn at 29 Main St. in Parksville, NY. This year will be our 4th annual B’Kawk celebration!

There is a real need for activities and entertainment in the town of Parksville/Liberty. We aim first and foremost to provide affordable family entertainment to the local community. We want the event to be accessible to all community members, so there is no admission charge. The annual B’Kawk festival contributes to the Renaissance happening in the hamlet of Parksville and helps add awareness that the town, which has been relatively run down for a number of years, has new things to offer and renewed interest.

Our goal is to bring vitality, culture and good-old-fashioned fun to the community of Parksville and surrounding towns. We plan to see a significant increase in the number of attendees from last year. According to the office of Liberty’s Town Supervisor there is a buzz surrounding the festival (and the revitalization of Main St. Parksville in general). We will provide food and beverage for purchase and as we build a more significant following over the years we hope to acquire the funds to provide more large scale entertainment including bigger and better prizes for contest winners, larger drawing live bands, and more cultural events. The results are tracked by the growing attendance to the event, and the business development happening in the town. Come celebrate the chicken with us!

Giant thank you to Drue Pennella for this tasty selection from last year’s show 🧟‍♂️👻🎃

HALLOWEEN 2024!! 3 performances only (Fri & Sat at 7pm and Sun at 4pm). The Decrepit Ghouls Variety Show is an extraordinary Halloween extravaganza that combines creepy immersive theater, macabre cabaret, and electrifying rock music. Hosted by the enigmatic Zoltan the Flayer (Performed by Michael Rahaal, currently the host of Absinthe in Las Vegas), the show features astonishing acts, including a live disemboweling performance, haunting melodies from the "Las Vegas Grind" trio, and even a hilarious exchange with Zoltan's partially reanimated deceased wife, Vika the Corpse. Beware of the perilous Maze of Dentistry!! We don’t want to give too much away but last year the transformed realm of New Memories offered a range of experiences, from motivational seminars with Frankenstein's monster to séances with the psychic Leila and her assistant, Christian the Head.

Throughout the evening, enjoy drinks at the bar and spend time with the captivating Zoltan, but be cautious of the Jailer's clutches. The grand mainstage unveils a spellbinding production show with beloved monsters and a live band, culminating in an uproarious Halloween-themed finale!

The Decrepit Ghouls Variety Show is the brainchild of Todd Perlmutter and Michael Quinn, previous creative & music directors of Blue Man Group. They have assembled an exceptional ensemble of performers from various renowned productions, alongside local talents, to create this unparalleled experience. A team of theater, film, TV, and event professionals have collaborated to bring this labor of love to life. Buy your tickets now on Eventbrite!
